why I don't use OpenDNS

...and will aggressively dissuade people from doing so; essentially OpenDNS's business model is to use redirects to put ads in front of you that you would not otherwise see. The redirects they do via DNS slow down your requests to google and other search engines. There ain't no such thing as a free lunch and OpenDNS is not a free lunch. If you are using OpenDNS, I strongly recommend that you stop doing so.

I'm also not interested in any comments from OpenDNS employees.
