In the wake of David Foster Wallace‘s passing, I wondered which of his books were translated into Japanese.  Strangely enough, it is a book on race and rap music that he co-wrote with Mark Costello: ラップという現象.

In lieu of that, if you haven’t read his commencement speech at Kenyon, it’s a great way to get into Wallace.
