Finally. We've been in China since Saturday and the Internet connection in our hotel in Beijing was slower than dialup. It took 5-7 minutes to open a webpage that had any graphics at all.
Now we're in Shanghai and the 'net connection's a lot better! I'll start uploading photos and telling some stories later once I get some food.

Also, whatever you can about Baidu?
