that's not WP's fault (for once), it's something to do with character encoding and HTML entities. Yes Wordpress uses by default the "right quote" html entitie to separate elements in the title tag...

e.g.: the "title" of this page, the thing that gets displayed in the browser title bar, is "Gen Kanai weblgo: mixi.jp information", if this site were running a default WordPress template, it would read "Gen Kanai weblgo » mixi.jp information"

Somehow, somewhere in the process you are using for linking to these pages, the offending character is not being liked and/or it's char encoding is not being respected. Your site serves up as UTF-8 (which is good).

a) How did you harvest these links and b) what editor are you suing to post them here?
