I would guess that's either a Magna Classico 1000 or an Arturo 1000 (this is the first time I have even heard of this company):

It's always strange to see manufacturers of vehicles, tools, and other stuff that exist outside of the States- Ducatti seems to be the Italian bike everyone drools over back home.
