Tony Chor is the Group Program Manager for Internet Explorer. I'd imagine he has a team of at least 20-30 underneath him, if not quite a few more. Here Tony explains the major changes to IE with SP2.
I know that hundreds (maybe thousands?) of Microsoft employees are now blogging, but it is still startling to see this kind of detail and clarity. It is a VERY good thing.
