Issey Miyake’s A-POC is featured in the new Wired.
Wired 12.04: Seamless – Issey Miyake saw the future of fashion. So he gave up haute couture to become a softwear engineer.
ALSO: Cary Wolensky’s photos of A-POC were in National Geographic last year.

I went to Issey Miyake’s A-POC collection showing last October-ish in the Roppongi Axis Bldg. I’ve got some illegal JPEGs I took take inside, which now I hope I can find and post. I worship all IM stuff but I hate to say the collection was just a recycled version of “Paper Clothes” circa 1968.
The line of BS they were giving visting designers at the opening was farkquing funny mixing software terms with fashion drivel. I’ll blog-post more details if I can find my notes and pix, hell I might bring my 9×5 glossies of A-POC to the Japan Bloggers party next Weds if you’re going.
Taro, I would appreciate that as I missed the show for some strange reason.
