Very cool article on how some foreign banks are helping subsidiaries separate from their Japanese parents and becoming profitable and successful on their own.
I can imagine how hard this must be but it sounds pretty exciting (relatively speaking because the rest of Japanese banking/business is morbid) and would be something I'd love to experience someday.
