If you need more comforting thoughts, keep in mind that Korematsu vs US has never been overturned. Korematsu’s personal conviction was, but that was based on evidence in his specific trial. It didn’t generalize to the internment in general. So the Supreme Court Korematsu decision is still on the books as a precedent setting case . . .
